5-10 years of business experience, including customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational environment
Proven experience leading B2B sales organizations, with a strong track record of improving sales performance, execution, and business results
Effective coach who develops talent, supports growth, and helps teams achieve their full potential
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth
Hands-on, field-oriented approach to leadership while maintaining a strategic perspective on business priorities and market developments
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Strong project management, analytical, and data analysis capabilities
Proficient in English
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
