Serve as a localized team member, responsible for communicating with a cohort of J-1 Cultural Exchange Teachers, school site administrators, and relevant stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with ITES teachers and school administrators
Support J-1 processes before, during and after the teachers’ program
Liaise with local resources to ensure teachers receive comprehensive service
Maintain effective documentation of classroom visits and teacher communication
Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with team members domestically and internationally

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Effective oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of practical technology usage and immersion
Ability to work with highly diverse populations
Ability to assist ITES teachers in providing appropriate educational opportunities to children
Ability to develop and sustain productive working relationships
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and assignments
Driver’s license
