Proactively provide input on and participate in discovery and development session about newly requested workflows or features by the business.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process, UX and/or development improvements.
Gather and analyze data on customer behavior and platform usage.
Validate and refine ideas by creating wireframes, analyzing data, and defining requirements.
Perform user acceptance testing of newly developed functionalities to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and report issues or bugs, collaborating with the Product Owner and relevant teams to resolve them.
Provide first-line support and resolve e-commerce related support requests from business stakeholders and customers.
Independently diagnose and troubleshoot portal issues, documenting findings and providing clear communication back to stakeholders.
Create and maintain process descriptions and training materials that helps onboarding sales staff and internal stakeholders.

Proven experience in a (business) support role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and suggest solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
Familiarity with testing software or portal functionalities is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Demonstrates a willingness to take on challenging tasks and acquire new skills and knowledge to grow within the role.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or IT support
Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma is a plus
Experience with SQL and ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
