Leading the development and execution of the local division internal and external communication strategy.
Supporting local management in all communication matters.
Driving outside-in thinking that ensures consistent brand positioning, aligned with global division as well as ABB guidelines.
Developing, recommending and executing targeted communications plans and messages including customer and partner communications, crisis communication, employee engagement and internal communications.
Generating leads and nurturing existing customers through traditional and digital activities.
Serving as a consultant to the local divisional management team to ensure recognition of opportunities and responses.
Creating editorial content suitable for promotional activities and various stages of the buyers’ journey.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in communications or marketing communications in a global matrixed organization required
Excellent writing and communication skills in English required
Ability to manage several projects in parallel while being able to execute on tough schedules and timelines required
Extensive knowledge and experience of Pardot or something similar highly preferred
Experience in both B2B and B2C highly preferred
Excellent collaboration skills including working cross-functionally and internationally while being able to engage and work with a range of senior business leaders and stakeholders highly preferred
