Own technical accountability for your product line within each account
Remain engaged until your product is live, stable, and proving value
Author a specific Use Case Document for every engagement
Define exactly how the client applies Pixalate to their business
Serve as the first line of defense against churn
Facilitate detailed technical transfer to Customer Success after contract signing

At least 3
4 years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital fraud detection.
Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
Familiarity with CTV, mobile app analytics, or data feed integrations.
Experience with trial management and customer success metrics.
Understanding of IVT (Invalid Traffic) or ad fraud concepts.
