Provide first-line IT support to employees in the Berlin office, resolving hardware, software, network, and user-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications
Set up and onboard new employees by preparing hardware, software, and user accounts
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user satisfaction
Assist in monitoring network infrastructure and proactively identify and resolve performance or connectivity issues
Support the administration and maintenance of IT systems, devices, and office infrastructure
Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to improve IT processes, implement best practices, and enhance security
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, and knowledge base articles
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (accepted last years students)
Experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role (internships or student work are also valued)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with:
o Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
o Desktop and mobile device hardware and software
o Basic network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and user support best practices
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a user-focused mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
Fluent in English; German is a plus
