Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and support better productivity and operational efficiency.
Provide regular reporting to business stakeholders on workforce utilisation, scheduling adherence, overtime, and absenteeism.
Support timely communication of clear, practical schedules to frontline teams with as much lead time as possible.
Requirements
Proven experience in workforce scheduling or management within a retail or customer-facing environment.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyse data to drive effective scheduling decisions.
Experienced in high-volume, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
An understanding of NZ labour laws and retail compliance.
