Provide high-quality technical support, training, and guidance to customers and partners
Develop and manage customer relationships to grow new business and maintain existing accounts
Support and execute commercial trials and ensure proper follow-up and data collection
Monitor market trends and share insights on competitors and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory) to align on strategy and customer needs
Represent Perstorp in the market through events, networking, and customer engagement

You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Agricultural or Life Sciences
strong experience in technical sales, research, or support within the animal nutrition or feed industry
in-depth knowledge of the regional market, including its structure and key influencers
proven track record of achieving commercial results while delivering technical value to customers
customer-oriented, commercially driven, and capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally
excellent communicator with strong presentation and networking skills
combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset
proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
team player with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
willing to travel frequently within the region
