coordinate the Electrical Shutdown team to safely deliver planned maintenance and shutdown activities across the Greenbushes Lithium Operation
work closely with maintenance teams and contractors
ensure shutdowns are completed safely, efficiently and within budget
maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance
allocate resources and coordinate work to meet shutdown schedules
participate in shutdown planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
monitor shutdown performance and report on key outcomes and KPIs
support the development and performance of the Electrical Shutdown team
promote compliance with statutory requirements, company procedures and Talison's safety standards

an Electrical Trade Certificate and unrestricted A Grade Electrical Workers Licence
a minimum of five years' post-trade experience within the mineral processing industry
demonstrated experience coordinating plant shutdowns or major maintenance activities
strong leadership, communication and team development skills
experience using computerised maintenance management systems and maintenance planning software
sound understanding of budgeting, cost control and contractor management
the ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical standards
a current C Class Driver's Licence
a High Voltage Switching Operator's Certificate and Cert IV in Instrumentation (highly regarded)
