Focusing on understanding business needs and supporting Client Team with deal structuring/restructuring and advisory to Corporate Clients
Contributing to driving the sustainability agenda by supporting the implementation of sustainability strategies across the Baltic banks and working with ESG data in areas such as sustainable finance, regulatory requirements, and risk management
Devoting 30% of time outside the core function to your development: training organized by SEB Group (Stockholm), visiting international sites of SEB, and participating in various business challenges alongside other International Trainees
Requirements
A recent degree with at least a bit of work experience (over 1 year) in a large or international organisation, especially if experience is related to Account management, finance analytics
Good understanding of business finances and core business processes, with an interest in both macroeconomic and microeconomic trends and their impact on corporate clients
A keen interest in sustainability
Eagerness to take initiative and ambition to drive the change in the organisation
Great problem-solving skills
Both analytical and communication skills with a potential to become a good stakeholder manager
At least C1 level in English and fluent Lithuanian languages, in both written and verbal forms
Proficiency in Excel
Willingness to travel across countries
