Set up and configure customer connectivity to our AWS cloud environment
Provide 1st
and 2nd level support, including troubleshooting across network, system, and cloud topics
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networks, VPNs, routing, and tunneling (incl. FRP)
Collaborate with our Corporate Cloud Operations Team
Work closely with the Product Support Team on customer cases
Support automation and deployment workflows (CI/CD)

Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, routing, tunneling solutions (e.g., FRP)
Experience with Windows Server administration
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Linux administration experience (Preferred)
Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, networking concepts) (Nice to Have)
Experience with Argo CI/CD, Ansible, or similar automation tools (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with cloud architectures, DevOps concepts, and modern deployment workflows (Preferred)
Understanding of ERP processes (e.g., finance, inventory management, production, or CRM) is an advantage (Nice to Have)
Understanding of ITIL principles (Preferred)
Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders
