Develop high-quality brand and marketing design across campaigns, social, web, presentations, events, editorial content, and internal communications.
Translate briefs, business goals, and stakeholder input into clear creative concepts and polished design execution.
Create work that is visually strong, brand-consistent, and fit for purpose across digital and offline touchpoints.
Support the evolution and application of Coda’s brand system, including templates, guidelines, visual assets, and design libraries.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative direction and deliver effective design solutions.
Present design work clearly, explain creative rationale, and incorporate feedback with good judgment.
Manage multiple projects independently, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Maintain a high standard of craft across layout, typography, image treatment, colour, composition, and brand consistency.
Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create, organise, and hand over design files.
Requirements
Strong experience in brand design, ideally with an agency background and exposure to both B2B and B2C work.
Excellent design fundamentals across typography, layout, art direction, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates concept development, brand systems thinking, and polished execution across multiple touchpoints.
Experience applying and extending brand systems across campaigns, digital channels, presentations, events, and marketing materials.
Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Practical experience using AI tools as part of the design workflow, including for research, ideation, visual exploration, content adaptation, and production support, with good judgment around when and how to use them.
The ability to work independently while knowing when to align, collaborate, and seek input from the wider team.
Confidence in presenting work, explaining design decisions, and engaging with feedback from both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
