Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, help texts, and product-specific materials
Documentation and support of internal processes
Conducting research and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
Analyzing customer feedback and developing recommendations for action
Assisting in the design of new features and the optimization of existing ones

Currently enrolled in a degree program or completed vocational training in business administration, management, economics, computer science, or a related field
Interest in digital products and SaaS solutions
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
Initial experience with the construction industry is an advantage but not required
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
