About this role

Serve as a primary contact point between WealthTech platform support teams and Focus advisory teams
Respond to advisor inquiries, troubleshoot basic platform issues, and escalate more complex items to senior team members or vendors as needed
Provide baseline training to advisors on WealthTech platforms, including navigation, core functionality, and workflows
Curate, maintain, and improve training materials to support advisor onboarding and education
Work collaboratively with internal partners to support platform-related initiatives
Coordinate with external vendors to log issues and track resolutions
Identify areas of improvement within WealthTech platforms by analyzing feedback and usage trends

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, technology support, product support, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Comfort working with technology platforms and learning new systems quickly.
