Successful completion of a relevant degree at Master’s or PhD level in fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or Economics/Business
Extensive experience in Data & AI business development and proven know-how in Financial Services (Insurance, Capital Markets, Banking or Wealth/Asset Management)
Technical expertise in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/GenAI and Machine Learning, as well as a solid understanding of the consulting business and project management/delivery
Project-related mobility (willingness to travel), ability to work independently, strong communication skills in German and English, and a strong customer focus
