Degree in a STEM field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
Strong backend skills, e.g., Java & Spring Boot, REST APIs
Solid experience with modern frontend technologies, e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React (preferably with Material UI or similar component libraries), module and micro-frontend concepts (e.g., Module Federation)
Confident use of AI-assisted development tools, e.g., GitHub Copilot and other AI coding or testing assistants
Enthusiasm for integrating AI into the development process in a pragmatic and sensible way — and for bringing others along
Quality awareness, initiative, and a passion for modern software development
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills
