About this role

Conceptualize and design high-converting landing pages for paid search (SEA) and SEO campaigns.
Independently implement designs in WordPress using page builders.
Create digital designs (e.g., banner campaigns for social media).
Continuously optimize the user experience through UX/UI improvements.
Work closely with SEO and SEA managers to seamlessly combine design and performance.

Proven professional experience in web design, ideally in an agency environment or with a focus on performance marketing.
Proficient with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor or Breakdance.
Confident user of common tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
Digitally driven with up-to-date knowledge of the latest web trends.
Understanding of how design influences user behavior and navigation.
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
