Acquire and win new customers to meet annual sales targets across Europe
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve growth targets
Manage customer relationships to determine technical requirements and develop tailored solutions
Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on technical specifications
Collaborate with service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
Attend industry events, trade shows and customer meetings to increase brand awareness
Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product development and positioning
Continuously expand technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience
Manage selected sales partners responsible for selling the products and services in Europe
Requirements
Degree (e.g., Dipl.-Ing.), industrial engineering, or equivalent technical bachelor's degree
Several years of experience in a comparable, sales-oriented role in industrial machinery/manufacturing, ideally in the ultrasound industry
Experience in solution-oriented selling and industrial sales cycles
Experience working directly with customers on customized technical solutions
Solid experience in preparing quotations and developing technical proposals
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent in English and German
High self-motivation, hands-on and proactive working style, and good time management
Reliable, detail-oriented and precise work approach
Willingness to learn and adaptability in a dynamic environment
