Role Overview
- Support a range of projects across flood risk, resilience, hydrology and hydraulic modelling
- Deliver technical assessments, prepare clear client outputs and contribute to practical, evidence-based solutions
- Typical work includes flood risk assessments, hydrology and hydraulic modelling, strategic and outline business cases, catchment and coastal studies, and water quality modelling
- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally, including teams in Australia and Canada
- Develop expertise in industry-leading tools such as TUFLOW
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in flood risk, hydrology, hydraulic modelling, GIS or technical reporting
- Ability to analyse data and communicate technical information clearly to a range of audiences
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
- Experience with TUFLOW, water utilities, local authorities, regulators or infrastructure clients would be advantageous
- Interest in sustainability, climate resilience, biodiversity net gain or sustainable drainage
