Independently research potential companies within the target group and region.
Acquire new customers via phone and on-site visits.
Analyze the local market, identify new opportunities, and contribute your own ideas.
Serve as the point of contact for customers after closing.

Experience in field sales, sales, or retail.
Strong sales ability with a track record of engaging customers and building long-term partnerships.
Self-motivated, well organized, and results-/goal-oriented work style.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of the local market.
Valid Class B driving license.
Very good German language skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
