2-3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO)
Proven sourcing skills across various platforms and channels, especially LinkedIn.
Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom or other video conferencing tools
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support recruiting workflows.
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
