Requirements
4 to 6 years in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, or software development with a focus on business process.
Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom builds) and with language model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in business applications.
A commercial instinct for how go-to-market actually works. You understand the customer lifecycle, revenue operations, and where automation creates leverage across sales, customer success, and partnerships.
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and the ability to build custom integrations and automated workflows on top of them.
Comfort with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and API integration patterns across complex business systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to break a messy cross-functional process down into components you can automate.
Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
