Design, implement, and ship products that integrate AI capabilities for users
Build responsive front-ends, scalable back-end services, and database/pipeline plumbing
Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, agents, and retrieval systems into applications
Own product testing, observability, and feedback loops
Work closely with engineers, designers, and strategists throughout project life-cycle

3+ years of experience shipping production web applications
Background in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or another technical or scientific field
Strong across the stack: comfortable in Python on the back-end (FastAPI or similar), confident with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling
Knowledge of relational databases and integration work
CI/CD, testing, version control hygiene, and code quality knowledge
Comfortable deploying on a major cloud provider (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and MCP-based workflows
