Role Overview
- Work on real client projects
- Support day-to-day operations
- Gain exposure to the full range of modern communications
- Conduct research on media, trends, companies, markets, and AI topics
- Work with common AI tools for research, ideation, structuring, drafting, and analysis
- Test and document AI applications, prompts, and workflows
- Handle visibility and reputation topics (e.g., GEO)
- Editorial work for social media, websites, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases
- Develop and prepare content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Prepare events, workshops, presentations, and client meetings
- Create simple presentations, visuals, or work materials using Canva or PowerPoint
- Perform organizational tasks across various projects
Requirements
- Enrolled in a media-, communications-, or marketing-related degree program
- At least in the 3rd semester of study
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Enjoy writing and have a good sense of language, tone, and target audiences
- Interest in strategic communication, PR, social media, and digital topics
- Basic experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Able to work reliably, carefully, and independently
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Quick to get up to speed on new topics
- Work in a structured way and maintain an overview of tasks
- Bring team spirit, initiative, and curiosity
