About this role

Assist clients via chat, clarifying doubts and supporting the use of Contmatic's system;
Identify and resolve requests related to fiscal writing routines;
Log support interactions in the support platform;
Work with a focus on delivering the best customer experience, ensuring quality, speed, and resolution in support interactions;
Monitor area metrics and contribute to achieving team goals;
Collaborate with other teams to resolve requests;
Participate in training and stay updated on Contmatic's products and features.

Knowledge of fiscal accounting routines
Basic knowledge of tax legislation, invoicing, tax calculation, and tax reporting obligations
Experience in customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience providing support at accounting software companies or accounting firms is a plus
Experience with the Zendesk platform is a plus
Certifications in customer service, communication, or related fields are a plus
