About this role

Contribute to defining the roadmap and user-centric strategy for a cross-functional squad (backend, frontend, iOS, Android, Designer, QA) in an agile environment
Write user scenarios and functional specifications to support development, and ensure the functional quality of deliverables
Collaborate with Product Designers to design the best possible user experience
Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement
Help structure the team's processes and introduce supporting tools
Implement or improve tracking tools (dashboards, KPIs)
Participate in collecting and analyzing user feedback (tests, interviews, field feedback)

A first experience in digital project management, data, or development is a plus but not required
Open to varied backgrounds: engineering school, development training, data, analytics, etc.
Organized and rigorous, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Comfortable with data and experimentation (defining metrics, analyzing results)
Able to work with diverse teams (tech, design, business) and possess strong interpersonal skills
Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
User-centric mindset
Experience with AI/automation topics is a real plus
