Role Overview
- Play a critical role in advancing AI-driven engineering practices
- Work closely with software development and mainframe teams
- Set and evolve engineering standards across the Issuer Solutions portfolio
- Conduct solution architecture reviews, code reviews, and design consultations
- Define reusable patterns, reference implementations, and decision frameworks
- Bridge the gap between platform and delivery teams
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI-assisted engineering workflows
- Evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI developer tools
- Identify systemic quality issues and propose durable, root-cause solutions
- Deliver technical training and enablement sessions on AI adoption
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5 years of influence across multiple teams
- 8+ years of experience with mainframe and distributed technologies
- 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and AppOps practices
- 8+ years with cloud-native and containerized environments
- 8+ years with modern databases
- 5+ years in modernizing mainframe systems
- 3+ years adopting AI-assisted development tools
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
