Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical activity requirements
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
