Thermography Instructor

Role Overview

• Deliver thermography certification and application training
• Teach approximately 33–35 instructor-led courses annually
• Maintain a high standard of classroom management
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students
• Contribute to the development and improvement of course materials

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, or a related technical field
• Proven hands-on experience performing infrared inspections and condition assessments in industrial, manufacturing, utility, or facility environments
• Working knowledge of electrical safety practices and procedures
• Strong practical understanding of infrared imaging technology and heat transfer principles
• Familiarity with complementary predictive maintenance technologies
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Proven effectiveness delivering instruction across multiple learning environments
