Role Overview

• Join our team as a Field Auto Adjuster and make a real impact on the auto claims process!
• Writing estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient claims experience
• Engaging in a variety of interactions – face-to-face, virtual, or written
• Assessing damages and finalizing estimates with customers and repair shops
• Managing repairable estimates, total loss assessments, and virtual inspections

Requirements

• 18+ months’ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise and comprehensive estimates
• Comfortable with utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job
