Role Overview
- Assess vehicle damage and conduct on‑site inspections
- Document losses and write repair estimates
- Manage estimating process including supplements and negotiations
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with customers and partners
Requirements
- Prior insurance carrier experience in an auto field appraisal or estimating role
- Hands-on experience handling supplements and repair negotiations
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software such as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell
- Strong field assessment skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
