Understand and identify automobile parts and basic vehicle mechanics
Explain insurance coverage, claims process, and approvals in a simple manner
Coordinate with internal teams / workshops for repair estimates and updates
Handle customer queries via calls (voice process)
Maintain proper documentation related to claims, estimates, and service records
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and clear communication
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)/Any graduates
Freshers are welcome
Basic knowledge of: Automobile components
Vehicle repair processes
Insurance & claims (basic understanding is enough)
Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
Basic computer skills (MS Excel / systems usage)
