Plan and oversee the installation of Gridware sensing devices on utility poles and related infrastructure.
Coordinate closely with utility line crews and contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of field activities.
Provide clear direction, troubleshooting support, and installation guidance throughout deployment operations.
Conduct site assessments and verify site readiness prior to installation activities.
Identify, document, and resolve technical and operational issues encountered in the field.
Serve as a professional representative of Gridware when interacting with utility personnel, contractors, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of installation activities, site conditions, issues encountered, and corrective actions using Gridware’s internal tools.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety requirements, project specifications, and utility standards.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field operations, utility work, technical support, construction, telecommunications, surveying, mapping, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide direction and work effectively alongside contractors and utility crews.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in outdoor field environments.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
Comfortable using mobile applications, digital tools, and field documentation systems.
