Support the business by taking appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs typically tied to a key Aetna Medicaid practice.
Manage multiple project and their work streams and/or most complex projects through to implementation.
Lead projects and workgroups to impact process, system, function, and/or product.
Work cross functionally to provide: Provider Engagement implementations, production Issue resolution and support, and functional expertise workgroups.
Manage the entire project lifecycle of Medicaid Provider Engagement projects.

7+ years experience of a combination of Project Management and Provider engagement experience.
3-5 years of experience related to standards, measurements, technology, systems and processes, including project consultation
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently.
Experience with databases as well as interpretation and manipulation of related data.
