Design, deployment and operation of on‑premises infrastructures (private cloud, KVM) with a high level of protection, ensuring stable and uninterrupted system operation
Securing the deployed technology stack through appropriate security measures and hardening
Monitoring of supported services to meet agreed system availability targets and to proactively detect and resolve or prevent issues
Developing and implementing best‑practice guidelines within your area of responsibility
Provisioning and customizing environments for testing and integrating new or updated products and technologies
Automating tasks using orchestration and configuration tools

Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker), a degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
Professional experience with secure virtualized infrastructures and common virtualization solutions, and solid knowledge of private cloud technologies, Kubernetes, OpenStack, CI/CD pipelines and GitLab
Practical experience deploying and operating Linux systems and managing infrastructure and application monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code technologies (e.g., Ansible), experience with regulated environments, and LPIC certification desirable
Team player with an openness to new technologies and projects and enthusiasm for using open-source tools
