Demonstrated experience managing third-party provider networks, including the oversight of contractual KPIs and operational standards.
Proven track record in analyzing operational trends and presenting data-driven findings to senior leadership.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives within tight deadlines.
Proficiency with modern supply chain IT solutions, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
