Role Overview
- Execute Motor & Generator Service work according to agreed workflows
- Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers
- Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis
- Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers
- Coordinates, prepares and ensures all materials, parts and equipment are available
- Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative
- Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed
- Applies safety rules and safe practices and reports unsafe practices and incidents
Requirements
- University, vocational school or associate degree with electrical
- At least 2 years of service technician experience in electrical industry
- Basic knowledge of vibration and rotating equipment
- Good command of English skills
- Turkish language is must
- MS Office skills is a must
- Dynamic and enthusiastic profile with continuous-development mindset
- Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates
- Current car driving license (type B)
