Support Microsoft 365 environments

Configure and support Mobile Device Management platforms
Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and VPNs from various manufacturers
Assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations
Monitor and maintain client systems using industry-leading management tools
Create and maintain technical documentation
Deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise

3+ years of professional IT experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking
Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, or other virtualization technologies is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
