You’ll play a key role in creating new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand by building relationships with HR and People leaders.
Building relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, events and other outreach channels.
Researching organisations to understand their business priorities and people challenges.
Conducting thoughtful discovery conversations to identify opportunities where Reward Gateway can add value.
Qualifying opportunities and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.
Maintaining accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce.
Developing a strong understanding of Reward Gateway’s products, customers and the HR technology landscape.
Contributing to a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team culture.
Continuously developing your skills through coaching, feedback and SDR Academy.
Requirements
Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Success or another customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential.
Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
Are naturally curious and ask thoughtful questions.

Benefits
Competitive base salary of $80,000–$85,000 + Superannuation
OTE of $105,000+
