Role Overview
- Responsible for the overall management and performance of the travel operations
- Review operations performance reports and provide direction to improve performance against goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and operational staff
- Assist team efforts to move market share to BCD Travel preferred suppliers
- Provide team feedback, coaching, and development through regular meetings and performance reviews
- Oversee and assist team members in balancing priorities and managing workload
- Hire new employees
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Sabre GDS skills required
- Prior budget and cost management experience
- Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
