Set up, develop and scale new paid acquisition levers.
Ensure messaging resonates with the audience while maintaining high growth standards.
Coordinate with the PPC team to launch projects with the right stakeholders.
Analyze daily and weekly performances (profitability, deep-dive analysis, actions, recommendations etc.).
Promote a test & learn dynamic to continuously improve the results of your tests.
Own the end-to-end creative process for new channels, from writing high-converting briefs to overseeing production with the design team.

Having attended engineering or a business school.
Experience in analysis: you master Excel, SQL is a plus.
Having an experience in marketing is an asset.
You have experience or a strong interest in Meta's "Creative-First" era.
Ability to write clean, actionable briefs for designers and video editors.
Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
Bilingual in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
