About this role
Role Overview
Support Financial Planners by managing client administration and processes
Ensure all client reviews are supported by suitability reports
Maintain the CRM (Xplan) with accurate client data
Keep client files organised and secure
Support scheduling of annual reviews and preparing meeting packs
Build strong relationships with Financial Planners and clients
Requirements
2-5 years experience as a Financial Planning administrator
Fantastic knowledge of Financial Planning products and processes
Highly organised, with a proactive mindset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and using technology
