Work closely with operations and customer care teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Must have skiing or snowboarding experience
personal knowledge of ski resorts and mountain culture is essential.
A genuine passion for winter sports and travel.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
Proven customer service or sales experience (travel industry experience preferred).
Good attention to detail.
Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
Must have a proactive & positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, Google Docs, and booking platforms (training provided).
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Knowledge of the ski holidays and resorts we feature.
A willingness to develop knowledge and skills.
