About this role
Role Overview
Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Recruiting across Technology, Product and broader business functions.
Building proactive talent pipelines through sourcing and market mapping.
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Providing market insights and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
Requirements
5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition within an in-house or RPO environment.
Experience recruiting Technology and Product roles alongside broader corporate hiring.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Proven sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidates.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to travel to the Leicester office 1–2 days per week.
