About this role
Role Overview
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory
Build and deliver strategic business development plans to achieve revenue/growth objectives
Develop relationships with key decision-makers at prospective brands and retailers
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and PM teams on customized client solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales strategies
Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry opportunities
Consistently achieve or exceed established sales goals
Requirements
5+ years experience in business development, strategic sales, or consultative sales required
5+ years experience in retail activations, branded environments, custom fixtures required
Experience cold calling and building book of business from scratch required
Experience managing complex sales cycles and client relationships required
Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required
Proficiency with CRM tool for pipeline management required
