About this role
Role Overview
Act as the general manager of a dedicated sales territory (San Francisco Bay Area to Monterrey).
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed student enrollment goals.
Cultivate and expand relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including principals, teachers, counselors, and alumni.
Actively prospect and conduct high-volume outreach to new schools to build a sustainable pipeline.
Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports (Enrollment Coordinators) to oversee the student sales process.
Deliver engaging presentations to students, parents, and administrators, both virtually and in-person.
Take ownership of the entire student enrollment pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and school relationship statuses in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of converting leads into partnerships.
Experience in international education, or related K-12 industries is a plus.
Spanish proficiency preferred.
Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or management.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to build a sales territory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present dynamically to large groups.
Proficiency in using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to organize and prioritize a sales pipeline.
Willingness to be a flexible team player, with a passion for education and a belief in the power of global citizenship.
Eagerness to travel extensively within your territory during the key selling season.
