Perform a variety of duties such as proper handling of teller work, cash, accurately balancing, deposits, checks, payments
Promote various bank products and services
Assist customers and staff with various retail, operations and customer service support
Maintain currency and coin supply within bank policy
Maintain balancing records within acceptable limits
Provide excellent customer service
Cross sell and introduce new services to customers
Open and close the bank following proper security procedures
Follow proper safe deposit box access and other appropriate activities

High school diploma or GED preferred
Cash handling experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and make on the spot decisions regarding customer transactions
In-depth knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies
Basic knowledge of bank loan and investment center products
Effectively operate all office equipment required to support this position
Must be alert to fraudulent activity
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate excellent organization and ability to prioritize workflow
