Role Overview
- Drafting, negotiating and completing a wide range of commercial leases and other transactional property documentation
- Managing lease renewals, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Conducting title investigations and handling HM Land Registry matters
- Advising on day-to-day property legal queries across the business
- Supporting a busy, high-volume leasing function while helping develop paralegals
- Working alongside senior colleagues and external counsel on more complex property matters where required
Requirements
- 2+ PQE in real estate law
- Experience drafting, negotiating and completing commercial leases
- Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Ability to manage lease renewals and investigations
