Responsible for the day to day running of transactions. Leading and managing matters, coordinating parties and driving transactions efficiently.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating banking and capital markets documentation for funder and borrower clients (as applicable).
Providing support to other fee earners within the Governance, Corporate and Funding Group (in which the Funding Team sits) to share knowledge and expertise.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships (on both the funder and borrower side).
Building a presence (and supporting the growth of the Funding Team’s presence) within all relevant sectors.
Meeting/exceeding monthly billing targets.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor/Associate with 3+ years’ PQE in banking/finance is desirable
Strong lender-side experience in real estate finance.
Exposure to social housing finance transactions desirable.
Experience in capital market transactions desirable.
Proven ability to manage complex matters and stakeholder relationships.
