Perform Epic application system analysis and design to include requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of systems
Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting activities
Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design including planning implementations and maximizing application benefits
Mentor teammates in resolution of issues and provide updates to peers, leadership, and clients
Manage assigned projects and meet deadlines
Conduct highly complex work unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgement
Plan and conduct requirements gathering for Epic projects and requests
Coordinate, plan and conduct detailed design sessions

Associates degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or equivalent experience
8 years of related Epic Home Health Hospice experience
EpicCare Home Health certification
